Air from many processes contains oils, fat and particles. In order to remove bad smell from the air, it is often necessary to pre-treat the air removing fatty substances and particles.

 

BBK has developed a solution for this problem: A fat- and particle filter. In principle the air enters inside a rotating drum, covered with a sheet of fibrous textile. On the outside warm water is constantly sprayed on the fabric removing the fatty substances, which is drained off. When the air has passed through the fabric the odorous air can be treated in a BBK-filter.
